The Røros region can be easily reached by various modes of transport. From Oslo Airport, DOT offers flights to Røros daily except Saturdays.  Train and express bus services run directly from Oslo and Trondheim, and if you arrive by car, you can choose between a number of scenic routes. The most widely used is Route 3 from Oslo via Tynset to Røros. If you depart from Trondheim, the route leads via Støre and Gauldalene.
